Olivia Sitton, LPC, NCC is a licensed therapist who works with children (10+), adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, overthinking, low self-esteem, grief, and life transitions. She specializes in helping clients who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or caught in patterns that no longer serve them develop greater insight, healthier coping skills, and lasting emotional growth.
Olivia provides a compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach to therapy. She believes healing begins in a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients feel safe showing up as they are. Together, she works with clients to better understand their experiences, process difficult emotions, and build practical tools to feel more grounded, empowered, and in control of their lives.
Her therapeutic style is warm, genuine, and tailored to each individual’s needs. Olivia draws from a variety of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and other trauma-focused modalities.
Olivia is a Licensed Professional Counselor in South Carolina and has been practicing since 2019. She earned her Master’s degree from South University and is also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP).
