We are located in West Columbia, SC and provide in-person or virtual mental and behavioral health services for individuals, couples, families, adolescents, and adults.

As a licensed professionals, we offer both counseling and psychotherapy for a variety of emotional issues including depression, anxiety, stress, indecision, frustration, anger, grief and loneliness, trauma and mental health disorders. We have a variety of therapist with different educational backgrounds and offer a plethora of therapeutic modalities including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, CPT/CBT, DBT skills and much more.

All therapy sessions are conducted in a relaxed, comfortable and private setting with free adjacent parking.
