"Sometimes, life gets in the way. But other times, we get in the way of it. I remember what it feels like to wonder if things would always be this way, or if things were like this for everyone else too. I still don't have that answer. But what I have now that I didn't have then is insight, motivation for change and accountability. I give every drop of credit of that growth to seeking professional help that encouraged me to set goals for my emotional and mental health that were contradictory to what I was raised to think I deserved. Maybe this all sounds familiar to you. Or maybe you are in a completely different space right now. I'm here to meet you where you are at. Whether you are struggling with anxiety/depression, relationship issues, co-dependency, coping skills, personality or mood disorders, [insert whatever feels right here], I want to help you encourage yourself to self-reflect with realistic and achievable expectations for your life today. My hopes are that we can find the inspiration in yourself to find light in the darkest of corners, embrace the suck to accept current discomfort for future success, or make the necessary changes to live a life worth living. If you come in and don't think we're a good fit, I will help you find someone who is, no strings attached.

I am a strong believer that people are relational beings. Problems are highlighted by our interactions with others or lack-there-of. My background and marriage and family therapy and experiences working with individuals, couples and families has led me to incorporate ideals that highlight our family of origin and how our most important relationships with caregivers and early in life have influenced our ability to process information, communicate, form connections with others, and self-regulate our own thoughts and emotions.”
