I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have experience working with trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, along with many other mental health issues. I approach counseling in an individualistic way. Every client will be counseled in the way that works best for them.
I am experienced in utilizing a client-centered approach, mindfulness, SFBT and CBT. I have nearly a decade of experience in the industry in both individual, couples, and group therapy. I am bilingual and provide services for Spanish and English speakers.
