Without clear guidance or a predetermined path, it is understandable that individuals may encounter difficulties in navigating stressful situations. Feelings of isolation, judgment, and a lack of support can further exacerbate these challenges.
It s important to recognize that you are not alone in this journey. I am a licensed professional counselor. My treatment focuses primarily on treating young adults interested in breaking generational cycles in addition to depression, self-esteem issues, women issues, stress, anxiety, interpersonal relationships, and intrusive thoughts.
I utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy to empower clients and facilitate meaningful progress in their lives. I have a calm and warm communication style, characterized by genuineness, directness, collaboration, and a personable approach. I strives to cultivate a safe environment where individuals can freely express themselves without fear of judgment.
